Elegant Essentials

A great option for elopements or couples choosing a celebrant for flexibility and ease at any venue.  The ceremony will be elegant and personal while remaining concise with minimal need for you to review and approve content.

Fee £500 – what’s included:

• Up to 5 meetings (mostly virtual but preferably one face to face too dependent on your location) to get to know you, your story and what you want from your day.

• Preparing your ceremony based on our time together including a fully personalised segment.

• Support with creating your personal vows, if you’d like it. Some couples prefer to write theirs independently, and the level of support is entirely up to you and fully included.

• Reviewing the draft and any revisions together.

• Rehearsal read through if desired (some couples prefer a surprise but some like to rehearse, it's all included for you)

• Delivery of your ceremony on the day, including sound equipment if not supplied by your venue.

• Exclusive booking for the day of your wedding - I join you on the day, usually up to two hours before the ceremony. You will be my only booking for your date so if you need an extra 30 mins (or 2 hours) it's all yours no rushing, your day is all about you and your beloved.

• Choice of symbolic element such as handfasting or ring warming.

• After your ceremony I will send a presentation copy of your Ceremony and Vows as a keepsake.

Perfectly Personalised

Everything you expect from a uniquely crafted Celebrant wedding plus a little more with complimentary hosting added and options to extend.

Fee £700 - what’s included:

• Unlimited meetings (mostly virtual but at least one face to face) to get to know you, your story and what you want from your day.

• Preparing your fully unique personalised ceremony based on our time together, you have full control of content.

• Collaborating with you to create your personal vows (if you'd like to, some couple prefer to do this solo, the level of support you want is up to you but fully included).

• Reviewing drafts together until everything is spot on for all the content.

• Rehearsal read through if desired (some couples prefer a surprise but some like to rehearse, it's all included for you)

• Venue visit (with other wedding suppliers like photographers where diaries align) to ensure you're fully set up for a perfect day.

• Delivery of your ceremony on the day, including sound equipment if not supplied by your venue.

• Exclusive booking for the day of your wedding - I join you on the day, usually up to two hours before the ceremony. You will be my only booking for your date so if you need an extra 30 mins (or 2 hours) it's all yours no rushing, your day is all about you and your beloved.

• Hosting duties – welcoming your guests ahead of your ceremony and again following it at your drink’s reception for up to an hour while you are away with your photographer, I can also announce you into your reception. 

• Symbolic element creation to include in your ceremony, such as handfasting, ring warming or sand ceremonies, they are a wonderful way to involve children, family members or friends who you want to play a special part in your day. If you've got a 4-legged family member you want to be part of the event that's all possible too.

• After your ceremony I will send a presentation copy of your Ceremony and Vows as a keepsake.

• Provision of contracts and proof of accreditation and professional insurance that your venue may require - we can supply direct to your venue or via you/your coordinator.

Creative Couples Choice

This ultimate design package draws on my 20 years’ expertise in creative design and experience management to create a truly distinctive wedding where no detail is left to chance. Bookings must be made at least six months before the ceremony date.

Fee £950 – what’s included:

Includes all elements of the Perfectly Personalised Package along with:

• Wedding Experience Design and vision facilitation workshops.

• Option to include other suppliers such as your content creators to ensure they too capture every element that’s important to you.

• Creative online boards to document your ceremony development and aspirations.

Not included, may incur additional fees:

Materials for symbolic elements - e.g. Bespoke ribbons for handfasting, Custom frames and vessels for sand ceremonies. These can be sourced by you or supplied at cost price by The Celebrant House with your agreement.

Hosting/MC duties for full reception, can be added dependent on times and location – just ask for a personalised quote (drinks reception hosting immediately following ceremony for first hour is complimentary on Perfectly Personalised and Creative Couples packages).

Travel over fifty miles from Plymouth may incur additional travel costs, to be agreed and quoted in advance.

Vow Renewal Fee £400 - what’s included;

• Up to 5 meetings (mostly virtual but at least one face to face) to get to know you, your story and what you want from your day.

• Preparing your full ceremony based on our time together, you have full control of content.

• Support to draft your personal renewal pledges.

• Draft review & rehearsal.

• Delivery of your ceremony on the day, including sound equipment if not supplied by your venue.

• Symbolic element creation to include in your ceremony - a great opportunity to include your family in the ceremony.

• After your ceremony I will send a presentation copy of your Ceremony and Vows as a keepsake.

• Provision of contracts and proof of accreditation and professional insurance that may be required by your venue - we can supply direct to your venue or via yourself/your coordinator if appropriate.
